I recently made a purchase though the website and got a mail after two days that product is not available. I dropped an email to cancel the order and refund the amount. I never got any reply.. I made a call to customer service and after waiting on phone for more than 90 minutes finally I got chance to talk to customer care and cancelled my ordered but after few days I found unauthorized transaction on my card...
