I purchased property in Heritage Patio Homes in 2004. The roof leaked from onset. Insufficient repairs were made many, many times and the roof continued to leak. After many complaints and many failed attempts to repair, the management company started putting the blame on me. The roof was replace in 2009 but the damage to the interior was immense.
