I ordered my garage door springs on 5-27-11 they took my money and never sent the product its said sence 5-27-11 that its processing yet its not back ordered.hmmm.. Oh yeah the real kicker is all the phone numbers listed do not work. I have sence looked them up with the bbb and they have 37 complaints about the same or simular issues. So if you can not wait who knows how long to open your garage door (in florida our huricane doors are heavy) DO NOT order from this company. read full review »
