Buyer Beware at Willowbrook Ford - The 160 point vehicle inspection they claim to make on all vehicles is a farce! I recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. I trusted the sales staff when they described the “160+ point inspection” that all vehicles undergo before being offered for sale. While driving home I realized that the driver’s side window didn’t operate properly.
