I am sorry I had very unpleasant experience with CheapoAir. Cheapo booked my flight on American Airlines (AA) flight 4193 (May13) from Richmond to Madison through Chicago. When I reached the airport at 5:30 PM, I found that my flight was cancelled due to weather condition. Neither AA nor Chepaoair gave me early notice about this cancellation. AA counter asked me to wait till 9:00 PM to reschedule my flight for the next day.
