I ordered my wife's birth certificate for a passport from Texas(a state which requires the long form) and had it sent to CA(a state which also requires the long form) and they sent me an abstract. When I contacted them and told them I needed the long form they said there was nothing they could do and I needed to contact the state of Texas. This is there business, they obviously knew I needed the long form yet knowingly sent me an abstract and charged full price plus expedited shipping.
