Just another unhappy Totsy shopper. They never reply to questions, much less resolve problems. I stupidly referred a friend to them - she waited a couple months for a single pair of shoes. They promised her a courtesy credit on her account for the delay, which she never received. When she finally got the shoes, I (of course) didn't receive my referral credit either.
