We have a confirmed loss of a little over $1, 700 and an unconfirmed loss of priceless heir looms and gifts from family due to water, ice, and mold damage resulting from water entering our PODS container while moving from Los Angeles to Lake Tahoe. The insurance company (which we paid extra for through POD’s) has refused to respond to our inquiries, and will not allow us to initiate water tests on the container from an independent company.
