I ordered a particular product (TAG114), but received a different product (DJ055). They said they would replace it, but never did. I've received the run around for the past 2 weeks with excuses such as: product out of stock, product will be sent (but isn't), told to call back and get the same stories over and over...now I keep getting a "busy" signal (they have blocked my phone numbers...as verified by their telephone service provider). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ENTITY. They are unsavory and unethical. read full review »
