Check everything with this builder. They will promise you the world and then will slowly change the rules once you are hooked. The president is great - he works intimately with the customer and addresses all the issues until it is handed off to his team of less than knowledgeable overseers. Watch them like a hawk and get pictures. Ensure you have a home inspection prior to drywall and before settlement.
