It's hard to put into words how it feels when your heart hurts. When I left my Dad, he was talking, laughing and looking forward to my visit the following day. We in trusted my Dad's care at Keystone Rehab to help him. I was lead to believe he would be given the care he needed. That was not what happened. In October 2010, my father was given a FATAL dose of morphine, 100 times the dosage he was supposed to receive, per Keystone's management.
