Paid for steam cleaning, but ended up noticing that the folks that came to clean used the same vacuum that the people who clean my office use. I've attached a picture of the stains that I wanted removed which remained after they left. They said that the stains simply couldn't come off. Convinced me to pay for the carpet protectant which was a mistake. No need for carpet protectant if they can't clean the carpet. Don't use them at all cost!!! read full review »
