In 2004 we found termite swarmers in our home and basement. I contracted with Olympic to detect and eliminate the termites. They installed bait stations around the home to detect and eliminated the termites. Each spring the swarmers returned and each spring Olympic employees told me I did NOT have termites, only swarmers ( ie swarmers don't mean you have termites.)
