I lost my cell phone at Oct..2008, I don't know how to disconnect it. and never bill came out until last month.. last month bill came out and a $1000 cost it.. and my aunt call to the verizon we are not good at English so they supply interpreter. and they said if you pay $448 we'll clear your all billso.. we pay $448 and disconnect my phone at march 16, 2009 I thought everythinh will be clear! but!! yesterday another bill came out and it cost $1600 included last month bill... read full review »
