I would not buy anything from this store. i ordered a menorah (around $179) in March 2010 as a gift. It arrived in Australia in May and the box was damaged and broken, with the menorah sticking out. I took photo's before opening the box because I suspected the poor packaging had risked the safety of the menorah - which was confirmed once unpacked. It was not just bent but the paint had been scraped off. I spoke to Carolin customer service who told me to send it back via airmail and that once she received it she would refund me the postage... read full review »
