I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH HOTWIRE AGAIN BECAUSE OF BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES... I had a surgery scheduled to remove a tumor on June 16th, so I booked a room with Hotwire in a hotel near the hospital... On June 13th, the surgeon called and said that the surgery date had to changed, so I called Hotwire to change the hotel date... Of course Hotwire's response was it is our policy to not change hotel dates, and we will not refund your money. It is their policy; I read the fine print.
