My only complaint from ordering the Laredo boots was that there was some confusion as to what size I needed. Somehow between my request and the actual delivery, I needed an 8 and received a 9. When I contacted the customer service department as to the size issue, she checked the order and they had input a size 8. She asked me to double check the box and sure enough, the box said size 8 but inside the box the boots were a size 9. I don’t’ know whether this was a problem from the manufacture or not.
