I received a letter from Northland today stating that I owed $763.92 to Citibank and that they would settle for $229.20. I have never had a Citibank card or account in my life. I called Northland and they were trying to get me to give them all sorts of personal information to confirm my account or they said they couldn't discuss it with me. I didn't give them anything. I told the rep I spoke with to take my name out of their system or I would contact a lawyer and file charges. He reluctantly said he would but tried to use the scare... read full review »
