I would like this letter to at least reach someone in a command position and not just at a low level review as before. This is the third letter I am writing in regards to damage claim for a car I rented from the Sheffield, MA office whereas upon return at 8am there was no damage to the vehicle, witnessed by the same body shop people that later made repairs to the same vehicle.
