Being harassed by Portfolio Recovery Associates for a card I never had. Told their lawyer, Kristen Mantyla that. She won't investigate. Bit confused about her. Does she work for Portfolio (in-house) or is she their lawyer and Portfolio is her client? I got legal papers from her which says that her law firm is Portfolio at an address in Manhattan but when I checked her lawyer registration on-line it said that her office was in Norfolk, Virginia? read full review »
