I had my party on 11/11. The order was never even placed till 12/2. When I finally did get my stuff, I was sapposed to have 9 pieces and only recieved 4. I called Kay and she gave me the runaround and said it was coming and some of it was on backorder. I never recieved anything. I called Lia Sophia and they showed nothing further ordered for me except what I had already recieved.
