Total scam. This company called me at work today. Telling me I had some legal allegations pending court appearance. They said I took out a loan back in November of last year. I just checked my statement...just to be sure and it showed no money ever received from this company. They said the name name of the company was Cash Advance USA. Told me I owed $891 but they could reduce my fees to $658 in two payments of $308 and $350. Then proceeded to ask for a credit card number.
