Sprint is threatening to cancel my cell phone service or send my account to collections over 27 cents. Today I discovered that I underpaid last month's Sprint cell phone bill by 27 cents. I went on my online banking site and scheduled a payment of one dollar and called Sprint to advise them of the payment since there was a note on their website saying schedule a payment to avoid interruption of service.
