On May 27, 2011 I paid my phone bill online. I did not realize I forgot to change the amount paid, so I paid for two months of service instead of one. I called the customer service number to see what I could do to get reimbursed for the overpayment. They told me I had to send a copy of my bank statement to them. I went to the bank on May 31, 2011 and had them fax a copy of my statement to the number I was provided with.
