This company (Portfolio Recovery) keeps calling for my husband, about a phone bill, that he supposedly did not pay in 1995, I have never recieved a bill or any thing in the mail, stating that my husband owes this money. I have no proof he even owes $104.00 on a phone bill, I want to know if the statue of limitations are out, can they still try to collect after 16 years?
