This company contacted me about a credit card debt that is over eight years old, from when I was married to my former husband. I was vaguely aware that there is a statute of limitations on old credit card debt, but when I asked the rep, a Mr. Lendell about this, he said no, there is no statue of limitations on collection of credit card debt.
