I live near this brother and sister owned auto repair shop and I carried a tire there and used their air hose to inflate it. I then returned home and installed it on the car and returned with one more tire and an air tank. I waited until a neighbor put air in his tires, (who incurred no charges), and then I inflated the second tire and put air in my air tank. The air hose is in front of the building and is often used by the locals to inflate tires.
