Wrong goods were sent, exchange was submitted but 1 month later my paid for goods yet to arrive. INternational Checkout claim that the warehouse sent them the wrong goods again. No other email and no initiatives to contact me about the problem leaving me waiting and frustrated at their level of customer service, poor attitude and chaotic ordering process that even an exchange of goods cannot be rectified after 2 attempts.
