I ordered a fire place one month ago. It arrived damaged and immediately notified them by email and phone calls. After many phone calls and emails, they have not been able to solve this issue demonstrating absolute incompetence. They don't have a clue of what to do and the worst thing is that they say will respond by email and never do that. Finally we decided toi return the merchandise and get a refund.
