I am very happy to pay my tolls. However, I need the bill in order to pay it. I only use the tollway about 2-3 times per year. Last week I received a call from a debt collector saying I owed $157. for using the tollway in August of 2010. This was the FIRST I had heard of it...in June of 2011. I believe It was an on/off single occurrence. I always pay my bills on time and was flabbergasted that the caller was telling me that a bill and follow-up were sent. I never received anything.
