ILX, Los Abrigados in Sedona, Arizona offered a Voucher(good for one year) for a train ride on the Verde Canyon Train for 3 Adults for a 90 minute tour of their resort. My wife and I completed the tour in Sept 2008 and recieved the voucher. We followed all the instructions on the voucher, made the reservations, turned in the voucher for travel on the train and 45 days after the travel, recieved a charge of 164.85 on our charge card for the tickets from the railroad due to the ILX Resort not honoring the Voucher.
