PAY MORE AND GET MUCH LESS!! I got a $90 charge for Restoral Fee which is ridiculous, as I did not receive my bill in the mail to make payment (apparently it went to paperless billing which I did not authorize). I tried calling AT&T and was put on hold for 40 mins waiting for a rep to talk to. Then a rep said "I cannot pull up your U-Verse account" even though the number I used was advertised everywhere as a U-Verse contact number. I asked not to be put on hold again but was promptly put on hold again and I am still waiting - its now been ONE HOUR on hold to discuss my bill. I AM DONE WITH AT&T AND GOING ON TO ANY OTHER SERVICE BUT AT&T. read full review »
