Went to this company in Ridley OPark Pa, which is part of AJAX, on 17 Feb 06 to order a Dacor 30" gas cooktop. Asked sales person if item was in stock and was advised it was in a warehouse across the river and that it would be shipped on the 21 Feb. So I placed the order..Said I would be getting a tracking number by e-mail. 21 Feb can and went, no e-mail. 22 Feb. called their customer service, very rude person (no name given) said call shipping.
