I ordered AT&T Unverse at the beginning of May and still don't have installed. I called over 7 times and they have input my a dress wrong then my zip and all of their customer reps have told me that they would resolve. Their records on my house are incorrect and I have Been trying to speak with someone other than a clerk for the last 2 months to get an answer. I am currently holding for over 45 minutes to be helped. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. read full review »
