We used Reliance Broadband for our DSL internet service. Sometime around Aug 2007 we upgraded our account to get faster speeds. Instead of simply changing the account, they created a new account but did not bother terminating the old account. So as a result we appeared twice in their records all though we had just one DSL connection. We brought this to their attention but they kept billing us for both accounts (for 3 months).
