Ordered A/C adapter on the 16th of May, after all, they advertise "Sameday" shipping, as well as, the great price point. As of May 23rd, no adapter; even after having paid expedited shipping! Ugh, we run a business off of this computer and have been down over a week now. USPS (not FedEx as suggested) has no record of the shipment and Pronto claims it WAS shipped on the 20th.???? I've cancelled the order, they tell me I will have to send it back when I DO get it, wonder how long it will take to get my money back! read full review »
