The ownwer of A C Heating and Air, Frank Folio, installed a geothermal heating system in my new home that is not working properly. He won't answer Phone calls from me unless I call from A number tha he doesn't recognize. Tells me he will come out on a certian day and never shows and never calls. He was very punctial when he bid the install and came to my home when he said he would to pick-up the down-payment!
