First of all the rates are at least twice as much as the local company in NY. The second thing is that it is impossible to disconnect their service. On their bill they have a phone number that only works during the weekend when their office is closed. During the week it only rings and eventually you get disconnected. The best way but not an easy way is to call the number pretending that you want to sign up and then ask for a supervisor. This takes a long time as well but it works.
