We received our new PN59D8000 on March 29th. First off, we had a problem with the bluetooth components on the TV and had it repaired by Samsung technicians on 4/11. The TV seemed fine after that and functioned fully for almost exactly one week. On the morning of 4/18 we watched TV normally without incident. Then I returned home after errands (approximately 2 hours later) and the TV would not turn on. Upon close inspection I noticed a crack in the screen, under the glass.
