I placed an order for a Pentax Optio WG-1 for $255. I got a confirmation order email from them. I then waited for over a week and heard nothing else from them. I finally sent an email to them asking for status on my order. I got several replies and a phone call stating that I needed to contact them to verify my order. Of course when I called them, they told me that there was $59 charge for handling and insurance. What??? They told me that this information is listed on their policy page.
