I have been attempting to get an antique brass light assembly for a Hampton ceiling fan. This has been going on since before Christmas. Each time I have been told by the customer service dept. that, "It will be shipped today" or "It will be shipped tomorrow." In each case when I called I was informed that it wasn't shipped. Today (3-3-06) I was informed that the warehouse manager has it in his hand. Lets see if it gets shipped. An E-mail to them went unanswered. read full review »
