I made a reservation and needed to cancel. I called for four days and e-mailed twice with no response from the company. I called the parent company, Expedia and they refused to cancel but gave me the phone number for Travelscape (702) 938-2100 which has limited business hours. After another several phone calls I got through and was able to cancel but got ripped off for part of the refund. The hotel I was booked at refused to deal with me directly and the whole process was incredibly difficult. Much easier to suck you in, not so easy to get out of. read full review »
