The Colorado Department of Revenue makes it virtually impossible to reach them either by phone or the Internet if you have questions regarding your refund or taxes withheld. They will only take as many calls as will fill a 15 minute que. If you are not one of the lucky callers you are unable to hold and must continue to call back repeatedly just to get into the que.
