I am making this complaint due to the extremely poor service I received at the Advanced Auto Parts on Memorial Drive and Moreland Ave. near my house in Atlanta, GA. I had ordered a harmonic balancer about a week prior to the store visit, paid, and was told it would be delivered to the shop in 1 day. I went out of town for a few days, so I wasn't able to pick it up until about 4 days later.
