Maybe BidRack has quit charging credit cards without authorization as they were doing early in their scam and maybe they have quit cancelling winning bids as they have done frequently. Those are not as important to the business model as they now are using bidbots and they're not just driving the price up as some scams have used them, they make it impossible to win an item that has any real value.
