What a scam this company is!!! I someone managed to create two accounts and cancelled both of them within 30 days ...but they didn't seem to get cancelled. Three more times I attempted to cancel the accounts...but they were not cancelled. Then the accounts were put to collection. I was so frustrated I just paid it...but guess what?? Three more months and I get two more collection letters on the same accounts. When I produce my last check...they tell me the accounts were never cancelled even though their Customer Service has records of multiple conversation cancellations. WTF? I have spend hours on the phone with them...no avail. Can anyone help? read full review »
