Midtown Towing, Inc., Atlanta GA. My daughter's car was towed by Midtown Towing. She was present and tried to convince the driver that she was a resident of the complex from which the car was being towed. In the midst of their conversation she began to have a serious panic attack and asked the driver to please call 911. She collapsed while continuing to beg for help.
