One of your users has made a complaint against The Soap Guy, a business in Illinois, but has listed my business address- That Soap Guy of New Hampshire. I can't find anywhere on your site to contact customer service and have this corrected. I've messaged the user but it's her only complaint and she may not be watching her account. It's very upsetting to have consumers confuse my business with one that does not deliver. Please correct and advise. read full review »
