The owner of Lake Oswego Limousine Service was VERY rude to my mother regarding an airport shuttle pick-up. She arranged for a 6:00PM pick-up and the driver arrived at her door at 6:00AM. She politely explained that she scheduled for a PM pick-up and the driver left. We contacted the owner to make sure he had her on schedule for the PM pick-up and he was very rude and pissed off for being woken up at 6:00am by his driver.
