My family and I moved to Las Vegas Oct. 1st and we contacted this company by email inquiring about furnished rental properties. Andres Calvo emailed us back and said they had several houses available so we arranged to view one. We met Bruce Peterson at the home and decided to rent it. He informed me it would cost $10, 733.25 in what I thought was prepaid rent to get into the property and I gave him $8, 000 in cash with the rest to be paid when we signed the lease.
